Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, you must notify Evo Bodykits in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted by the person who originally placed the order.
Returns
Goods may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

The product is unused and undamaged.

The product is returned in its original packaging.

The product is complete and includes all original components and accessories.

Proof of purchase/original invoice is provided.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Custom Orders
Evo Bodykits does not accept returns or refunds on custom-made, customised, modified, or specially manufactured orders, unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Product Availability
The provision of goods and services by Evo Customs CC trading as Evo Bodykits is subject to product availability.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because the product is unavailable, Evo Bodykits will notify the customer and, where applicable, process a full refund.
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact Evo Bodykits in writing and provide your order details.

Return the product in its original packaging.

Clearly label the package with your name, order number and contact details.

Include a copy of the original invoice/proof of purchase.

Provide the necessary banking details where required for an approved refund.
Once the returned product has been received, Evo Bodykits will inspect the product to determine whether the return meets the requirements of our return and warranty policy.
Depending on the outcome of the inspection, we may repair, replace or refund the product where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the returned product has been inspected and the refund has been approved.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used to place the order, where technically possible.
Please note: A refund will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and the return has been approved in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
